I have over 15 years’ experience leading services across health and social care, spanning the Scottish Ambulance Service, NHS Fife, and the Partnership. I have led on significant change programs for the Scottish Ambulance Service, NHS boards and local authorities to drive change at local, regional, and national levels.

As a Service Manager in NHS Fife Acute Services, I focused on delivering critical surgical specialties and developing high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams. More recently, as a Senior Manager in Primary and Preventative Care, I have led the development and implementation of Fife’s Immunisation Framework and Primary Care Strategy to meet local needs.

I am committed to integration and embrace a ‘Team Fife’ approach, firmly believing in whole-system collaboration in everything we do.
