Continuing Care Service provides non-emergency transportation for the elderly, disabled and vulnerable. We also provide a befriending service, reaching out to those in need of some company or friendly support.

Equal Voice will provide Citizen Advocacy services to vulnerable adults over the age of 16, up to 65, who are affected by disability, chronic illness, dementia, autism spectrum disorder or mental disorder (including mental health illness, learning disability or personality), and who are unable to safeguard their own-wellbeing, rights, care or other interests. Development Workers support volunteers, manage service provision, and provide support/advocacy to those accessing the service.
