We aim to provide day care, support, mental and physical activities, and companionship for older people who would otherwise be socially isolated and lonely.  Loneliness is a problem for many older people and our service helps people to remain at home as part of their own community, it can also provide respite.

Age Concern Cupar provide a Day Centre for the elderly and housebound within a 5-mile radius of Cupar. This includes door-to-door transport, a healthy 2-course lunch, tea and coffee facilities and a wide range of social activities.

Arden House is a voluntary organisation established in 1982 it is a registered charity and a company limited by guarantee.
