ADAPT is the main drug and alcohol triage service in Fife. It provides assessment of need and referral to specialist drug and alcohol services within the NHS and Third Sector as well as providing information, education and early interventions that help prevent problems. The service offers counselling and referral to specialist services that support recovery from substance-related problems for individuals and families.

Scottish Families Affected by Alcohol & Drugs - Fife Family Support Service offer support to anyone in Fife over the age of 16 who is affected by someone else's drug or alcohol use. This could be a direct family member, or even a friend or a colleague who is using substances.

We Are With You - Fife Specialist Harm Reduction Service offers a range of services to help reduce drug related harm including: Provision of clean injecting equipment and other drug paraphernalia, 1:1 assessment, referral and support into treatment (if requested), Overdose prevention work including access to Take Home Naloxone programme (THN) and Blood borne virus testing for HIV and Hepatitis.
